Youth Safety Policy

Steps to New Horizons Corp is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive educational environment for youth participants involved in our programs, workshops, events, and educational activities.

The organization takes youth safety seriously and aims to maintain appropriate standards for communication, supervision, and participant interaction in both online and in-person settings.

For youth-related activities:

  • parent or guardian involvement may be required for minors;

  • program expectations and behavioral guidelines may be communicated in advance;

  • inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated;

  • concerns related to participant safety should be reported immediately to the organization.

Steps to New Horizons Corp reserves the right to remove participants or volunteers from programs when necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of participants.
